Ford Making Traction in the Electric Truck Market

Hey guys, it’s Matty P here. Today’s truck that I will be discussing Ford’s latest innovation, the Ford Electric F-150. This is Ford’s new all-electric Truck. Ford released the promo video of the F-150 on September 17th. Let me tell you this truck is nothing but tough. It is said to have the most horsepower and torque than any other F150 to date. The best part about this truck especially is that it has the ability to climb up a 60 percent slope. We can see this from the All Electric Ford F-150 Promotional Video. The video shows you The F-150 with a trailer on the hitch fly up 60 percent slopes with a breeze. It rides up it like butter on bread. You have never seen a truck this smooth. Another great innovation about this truck is its ability to share power from the battery on site. This truck is said to be released sometime in 2021. This is very exciting for the Electric truck industry. What makes this truck, in particular, outshine its competition is not only its power but its appearance. The truck has the classic look to it. There is no radical futuristic design. This is a great plus when it comes to this truck. More truck drivers are likely to switch to this type of electric truck because it is familiar to them. That’s what makes this Electric truck the biggest competition to Tesla. Tesla is the most commonly known electric car company. But what makes ford shine is its familiarity compared to Teslas radical futuristic-looking trucks. It is also important to note that an effect on the environment this will all have. And if that’s not enough to get people to switch to electric trucks: it will definitely be the fact that one will save so much money on gas. Electric cars cost much less when it comes to maintenance and are oftentimes easier to keep up with. Last year ford estimated 42 billion dollars of our revenue just from their F-series pickups. That just goes to show you that the people love the F-series and there is simply no reason that the all Electric F-150 will not be a hit. This is definitely one to look out for.
